On this week’s episode of Green’s Gamecast we had the pleasure of featuring Seneca’s leading scorer for Men’s Basketball Ryan Brooks. In only his first year here Brooks has managed to make significant contributions to the team’s success and overall culture. It is his competitive nature that pushes him to put his body on the line day in and day out. He has high expectations for himself and in turn expects the most from his teammates. This has created a culture that holds everyone accountable, putting the team before themselves.
From the beginning of the season Brooks has established himself as a notable athlete here at Seneca college. After winning ‘Athlete Of the week’ for the second time this year he has put himself among special company.
His impact on the floor has helped put men’s basketball in a position for a deep playoff run. Currently the Sting are fighting for the third seed with aspirations of hosting a first-round crossover game. But it doesn’t stop there for Ryan and the rest of the sting, the expectation is to go for that national championship.
