21 Days Quarantine and COVID-19

Coping up with Covid-19

I used to live in Lake-shore, Ontario before the pandemic but now I am back in my country and a twenty-one-day quarantine. It has been 15 days since then, I have only seen my family through the window and somehow pass my time by engaging in an activity I can.  It is difficult to be trapped in a house for two months, only to travel for three days in flight to be locked up again for 21 days. The preventive actions are very important but it is not mentally healthy for the subject.

Many obstacles came with COVID-19 and it only increased when I came back to my country at the request of my family. The most pressing issue is the vast difference in our time-zone, all my classes are in the morning and afternoon (Toronto-time) which is night here in my country. This makes it difficult for me to be attentive in class and to submit the assignments, there is also the issue of the internet; it is expensive and does not have the same speed as Canada. I try to adapt to the changes and hopefully it will work out.  These issues are making me multi-task and I see that as merit.

It is frustrating and boring in quarantine,  if I was not engaged into something it felt as if I was going to go crazy. So with the ample of time I had, I decided to try everything, learning to cook , kick-boxing, dances, trying to make a laptop into a CPU, yoga, research on Greek mythology, exercise and anything that came to mind. But I have been only doing three things routinely,  singing in online karaoke, exercising in the afternoon and updating the plague diary . These routine gets me engaged and not be lazy, I also learn and enjoy these activities.
