We talked to some transit riders on our subway ride to Seneca@York. There is a difference in opinion when it comes to the new subway line. While some commuters are finding it great, others are not that impressed with it. Two York students don’t seem to have the same opinion when it comes to the convenience of the new subway ride.
The difference in opinion seems to come from where the students are coming from. One of the students comes from the Greater Toronto Area. The extension giving her an extra transit option. On the other hand, another student that comes from the city says the new line forces him to transfer from bus to subway to come to class. Adding more time to his commute.
