Toronto Police have already arrested two suspects.   19-year-old Jahnoye Carpenter of Toronto, and a  16 year old who cannot identified.  Both have been charged with second degree murder and arson. The Homicide Squad has also released surveillance video of the actual event taking place in an attempt to identify the other two males involved in the shooting as a result of having no current leads. Toronto police are urging anyone with information to contact the homicide squad, putting emphasis on the fact that danger is a reality with these two suspects still on the streets.
