The first interactive weeks, into a semester of fun.
Well, if you are new here starting off or have been getting settled in over this entire semester, there is nothing but love and events to get you into that feel. Usually, every week the SAF offers a program that is interactive for students to be a part of and opens the opportunity to get to know each other through the program.
Throughout the semester students will have the opportunity to even interact with some York University programs as our campus offers a joint Liberal Arts program. With that audition there’s combined amenities that are shared offering students’ countless opportunities and resources.
To open the semester the hive had a puppy petting day with multiple days that followed through the year. Free food festivities where meals are offered coming around the major holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. The food is good and not something to be missed. The SAF also offers external trips to some homecoming sporting events, and even some trips outside Toronto like Niagra Falls. So, if you’ve never been to the falls, this would be the best opportunity to see it in real life, take some photos to share with friends all over the world and the best… meet some new friends you may share a lifetime friendship with through Seneca and your school journey.
Although the semester is ending, the year is not close to being done yet. New programs will be set up through the next semester and into the summer. To end the semester, there is a big Christmas/Holiday food dinner this week in the cafeteria area, so if you have a few minutes between classes or exams, stop for a bite and a laugh, and make it a memorable end to your first semester that began with the first weeks of Seneca.
