Seneca College has really constructed the genuine truth of my identities to inspire millions of people. The revolution to articulate through emotions and logic with my stories. I have accomplished networking amongst other fellow citizens to understand struggles and challenges that occurs with ourselves. I have seen so many lights out in the sun within me to speak powerful and brutal truths about society.
The diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder is a unique character that inspires to motivate other people to achieve possibly. Society gets harder on economy and need to work for happiness avoid continuous stress. I proud to say that journalism program made me build my brand as a charismatic, creative and confident person.
My personalities as a professional journalist and wrestler have impact my autism to be charismatic. Christensen-Salem (2024) explains the results of being charismatic with heart and soul. In the article states that “This finding is important for organizations because positive leader behaviors combined with negative leadership behaviors can stifle positive, prosocial momentum among employees within the organization” (Christensen-Salem, 2024, para 1). The love-hate energy with people makes them ambivalent about my characteristic with autism. Students likes to embrace my characteristic because of adequate motivation. The art of expression to be born and raised with adventurous energy.
The articulateness of being creative enhance the better version of myself to receive good results from people. Creativity is a major important art in me that is consistent to adapt my skills. Building a foundation and brand constructs me to be assertive than a procrastinator. Creativity in human society is possible as water turns into wine
Journalism program have made me confident enough to show my true colors as a person. Martin & McLellan (2013) discusses in his chapter books about producing ourselves as a real genuine person. The articles say “Jean-Jacques Rousseau believed that in human beings are naturally inclined towards a form of self love that is centred around caring for oneself in a matter that blends easily with a genuine concern and sympathy for others but that this natural self love is corrupted by societal demands an expectation for individuals to compete with one another for resources and prestige.” (Martin & McLellan, 2013, p66). Self-love is vital for social importance to maintain values about us. Seneca has really found my inner personality to step out in my comfort zone.
The personality of being creative, charismatic and confident made me the better version of myself to receive love from people. The success as a autistic person has move me up to newer and bigger ideas. My skills and strength have maintained me to accomplish goals independently without any help. Journalism is the best route for story tellers to change the with truth and heart. Seneca polytechnic is where dreams turn into reality.
