Meet Pankhudi Seth, a single mom to a two-year-old daughter, a seasoned data analyst, and a small business owner. Growing up in India, Seth had developed an interest in data science, after she had studied engineering. Her amazing coding skills helped her land  a job as a data analyst in an IT firm. After studying engineering, her focus then shifted to wanting to explore artificial intelligence.

“Back in 2016, I started learning Al out of my own interest and I was able to quickly create an Al model for my first client which actually gave them a POC (proof of concept). The impact that it created on the business showed me the power of data, and that’s what kickstarted my Al journey and after that there was no looking back,” Seth said.

Pankhudi Seth took her own advice when her hoodie business struggled, she pivoted.

In 2024, she had launched her first e-commerce store called Strugglers, a clothing brand that would sell hoodies, t-shirts, and other products that would have motivational words for business owners, like "Entrepreneurs don't quit, they just pivot".

“I was really passionate about creating a statement that would keep entrepreneurs motivated during tough times,” she said.

However, Strugglers struggled to find a market. The business wasn’t going the way she had hoped. There weren't many people who were interested in what she had to offer.

"I faced fundamental challenges of finding the right audience who actually resonated with our message. I was essentially shooting in the dark with my content and marketing, not knowing who would really connect with it," she said.

Seth would spend her savings on ads and would waste her time reaching out to people that she realized that were never going to buy her products. For the past two months, she had started to plan something new.

Seeing the Positivity from the Negative Experience

It was that experience from her previous venture that taught her that passion and a good product aren’t enough if you can't connect with the right people. Looking back at that time, it had inspired Seth to come up with starting a new business that would serve as a solution and would not only be beneficial to her, but to other entrepreneurs facing the same problem as her.

“My experience with Strugglers completely changed LeadCloser. With LeadCloser, I channeled that painful lesson into creating a solution, the biggest transition from being a victim of poorly targeting to becoming someone who provides a solution,” she said.

LeadCloser is an Al-powered lead generation platform designed specifically for solopreneurs and entrepreneurs that struggle with finding customers. It is a software that works like a smart assistant, keeping track of both a user's business and their online world. Every feature in this app addresses a specific challenge that Seth had faced when trying to market Strugglers.

"LeadCloser helps you stop guessing what content your audience wants, the system shows what topics your potential customers are already engaging with,” she said.

According to Seth, the platform works differently from other lead generation tools because when users sign up to the app, they will be greeted with LeadCloser's personalized assessment.

“LeadCloser asks you simple questions about your ideal customer, and then finds people who match what you are looking for, and explains why each person might be interested in your business. It’s like having a friend who knows exactly what you are offering, and introduces you to people who need it,” she said.

This platform helps business owners to stop wasting their time on guessing what content their audience wants. Instead, the system will tailor recommendations that match a user's specific business needs. By showing business owners what topics their potential customers are engaging with, they can start making content related to the topics, which will give them a high chance of getting buyers.

“So for example, if you are a business coach, you might discover that your ideal customers are more interested in work-life balance than productivity tips. This insight helps you create content that actually connects with your audience, instead of posting what you think might work,” she said.

When the user tells the platform which leads were valuable, it takes the feedback and gets more better at finding the right people for the entrepreneur.

How LeadCloser Cares About a Customer’s Value and Affordability

Seth had noticed that many lead generation tools are either too expensive for solopreneurs and entrepreneurs or offer a free version that is basically useless. So for her business, she wanted to change that, and make the platform accessible to entrepreneurs at all stages.

“With LeadCloser, I wanted to create something that delivers value at every price point. We have a meaningful free tier that actually helps you find quality leads, not just a teaser that makes you upgrade. So our pricing grows with your business, so you are never paying for more than you need,” she said.

The Big Launch of LeadCloser

LeadCloser is having its big launch on Friday, April 18, and Seth has been feeling a lot of different emotions.

“I’m excited and a bit nervous, which I think is normal for any launch. I’m excited because I truly believe we built something that solves a real problem that many business owners face. But what gives me confidence is knowing that every part of LeadCloser was built from real experiences and real challenges, I and other entrepreneurs faced,” she said,

Seth is looking forward to see how her platform helps many business owners connect with people who truly value what they offer.
